Low speaker volume after water

Good afternoon, my phone got wet yesterday, and since then the top speaker is heard lower. what should I do? regards

Since it's a small opening I guess there is still some water in there. You could give it some more time to dry... Perhaps use a hair dryer gently (the air temperature from a blow dryer is rather toasty)

Hi @dan_one_zgz,

There might be tiny water droplets covering the speaker mesh. This affects the propagation of sound in the air, which causes it to be quiet. 

This normally dries out within a few hours, but if it has not I recommend you contact your Local support team for a repair assessment.

I would advise against using a hair dryer on your phone as it could cause the housing glue to melt.
