Lost network signal

My Xperia z5 lost the signal network even I have signal in my area,is it because I updated the software? How can I solve this problem?

Are you using a nano sim card?

If you have two android phones, settings, about phone, status, signal strength and compare the results

Yes I tried,so I can't put a sim in my phone, it says no service, I already restored phone settings, and rebooted but no luck

is this phone network branded/locked to another carrier?

Same as my xperia z5 premium dual mostly cannot lock into 2g network and if get lucky can get signal. But if set into lte it work. Hope get solution soon... Is it hardware or software

So,when I got it first time,the sim from ee mobile worked, then,the same sim didn't worked, and so far I know, the phone is unlocked

You could either contact your Local support or your carrier network regarding this.
