Lost mobile data after upgrading to Android 6

I installed the Android 6 update on my Z5 Compact yesterday, and since that time mobile data is no longer working.

• I've tried rebooting to no avail
• Internet works fine when wifi is enabled
• Phonecalls work fine, and I have full bars or near-full bars most of the time.
• I am connected to the correct provider
• Mobile data is enabled, and the mobile data limit is disabled

There is no mobile data icon showing in the top-bar, and chrome is showing I am disconnected ("ERR_INTERNET_DISCONNECTED").

Any ideas on what else I can try to get my phone connected to mobile data again?

Have you tried to download the internet settings again? It is under settings-more.

After Update to Android 6.0 i cant use Googel. Facebook Instagram and all other apps with Interntet works. I dont know whats wrong pls help

Hi @Yasir1,

Could you try downloading Internet settings to your device again and see if that helps? This can be done through Settings > More > Internet settings. After the settings have been installed you may have to reboot your device.

If u're having also some problems with Network, generally with Mobile Datas-Wifi-BT you can go in Backup & Recovery and u do a RESET to Data Settings
