If your device has been locked by Googles device protection, you will unfortunately have to log in using the Google credentials of the account which was inserted in to the device prior to it locking down.
If you do not know the credentials, it may be possible to have the device unlocked at your local authorized service center with a proof of purchase. However, this varies on a market-to-market basis so I recommend getting in touch with your Local support for further assistance as they will be well informed as to what the routines look like in your market.
