I need to disable Emergency alert app

How can disabled or unistall this annoying app I get the stupid notification avert minute on the top of the phone (Xperia Z5)

I think there's on option to choose which psw notification tuu you want but ill leave it the way it is and I'll let you know if I have more issues thanks for your help

Why can't consumers block WEAs issued by the President?

Yes I think I don't have any issues now because the notification was because I disabled something, but anyway now it doesn't border me anymore thanks for your attention and help
