I.m phone not supported usb otg

I've bought a Sony z3 plus phone for about 1 year

My phone software is available with Android 7.1.1

Ever since I bought this phone, I do not support any USB drive and can do anything I can not detect the USB.

please guide me

Go to settings-device connection-usb connectivity

then, click detect usb devices before you connect usb otg on the phone.

or

open the notification then find detect usb connection, if there is no icon there you must edit to show that menu.

My phone can detect the usb and is connected but i cant see it in my computer ?

Please let me know what can i do

make sure your phone is not locked with pin or patern.

Try to open then connect to the computer.
