I Have Xperia Z & OK Google Setting-"OK Google Detection" Grayed Out-Can't Use Voice On Any Screen

Researched and can not find out why in Google Setting-Voice Setting-"OK Google Detection" is Grayed out!

I can not use OK Google from any screen.

I know on Galaxy cleared cache & came on.

Assistance or Advice would be appreciated, thanks!

Do you have any issues with your microphone? You can test this under Settings > About phone > Diagnostics > Test > Microphone.

Well spoke with Sony and did back up and restore and now working. A pain but done

When I am calling to someone nobody listen my voice by Mobile .  Don't know what it's a problem . I want to repair that on my mob. What I can do.
