how to turn off that annoying google voice?

I'm making video with this phone and everytime i plug in STM10, that google voice boot up... not only that some times it also boot up while i'm recording.. in result, i have to start over.. this is very annoying. so how do i actually turn it off? i search all over google, they all say, i can trun it off from google setting -> search&now -> voice -> hot word detection... however once i go into voice, there is nothing there that indicate that i can turn this unnessasary setting off..

please help. thanks.

google voice, you are not sari, stop pretending..

Settings > apps > all > smartconnect > clear data > restart the phone
