How to enable Speech To Text with Stamina

Hello,

My phone is Sony Xperia Z5 Dual.

I want to enable Android's Speech To Text function when Stamina is turned on.

When I start function Speech To Text, eg. in SMS, I see notification "Not available offline"

How to enable this feature? I was looking for solutions in optimize battery options, but no luck. I don't want disable Stamina.

It doesn't seem to be an option to do so

I found a solution: in optimize battery just select Google Apps - just enough, and unfortunately, so much. Probably better way is whenever you want to use Speeach To Text turn off stamina or forget about Speeach To Text 😕
