I'm afraid that there is no inbuilt feature in the contacts or the phone application to block incoming calls from private numbers, so you will need to use a third party application from the Google Play store in order to block these callers.
I have not used one of these applications myself so I can't give you any recommendations, but if you search for "Block calls" or similar you should see a couple of different applications that you can try and see which one you like the most.

I'm using Kaspersky, incoming calls and sms blocking feature already tested. So working perfect. By the way i have paid version with all features.I did not got any problem with that
How i know incoming calls blocking feature is only in cell phones, in smartphone need 3rd part apps
