Facebook app not working on Z3v

For 3 months now the Facebook app won't work on my phone it say Facebook has stopped but it works on my XA Ultra and it works on my Z4 Tablet so what's going on

Hi @cheekypeachy5, sorry to hear about this.

I would recommend that you start with resetting the Facebook application in your phone, however before you do this, make sure that you have the credentials for your Facebook account available since you will need these to log in to the application again.

To reset the application, go to Settings > Apps > Facebook > Storage > Clear data > OK.

You can also make sure that you have the latest version of Facebook installed in your phone by opening up the Google Play store application > 3 lines in the top right corner > My apps and games > find Facebook and see if you can update the app.

The app doesn't come in my phone factory I've downloaded it and uninstalled it many times didn't fix it factory reset my phone on google play I've seen that many people with the same phone are having the same problem the app says Facebook has stopped when I install it without even opening it

I'm sorry to hear about the issue but since it's a third party app, it will be up to facebook developers to address this issue, make sure to contact them throught he playstore and/or facebook (chrome)

As @uliwooly said, I'm afraid that there isn't that much else I can advice you to do since we have not developed this application on our own and I would recommend that you contact the Facebook support and report this to them.

You can find their contact information if you go to the Google Play store > search for Facebook and look at the bottom of this page.
