Wifi turns off all the time I've now used all my phone data 5g not happy and it don't reset until 9th Jan I'm on Virgin media 200 MB and no-one as same problem in our house, I've even got my hubby to reset router and a hard reset by pressing pin hole at the back of the top of the Virgin box that changes the channels.its just done it now while writing this never had this on other phones I've had note 1/2/3/4 thought having a change to Sony hope this can be sorted soon thanks judy
