Just purchased this phone and the touch screen isn't working properly at all and the female voice is anoying please help x

@Fred123456 You have enabled talk back option for blind people. Just go to settings - accesibility - talkback and untick the option. When you need to swipe, use two fingers and when you need to tap, do it twice.
