Error mobile legends on sony Z5 dual

I bought this phone for playing mobile legends, but I've found the problem in the game, and this problem only on Sony Z5 (I was check this problem on youtube-browser), and the problem is when i'll start the battle after choosing the hero the game will restart then i'cant play the game.

I hope Sony will give me the solution for this problem. Thanks

@Jajax seems to me like if the software is crashing, can you try to restart your phone in safe mode and checking if the game works without problems?

If you have an issue with a third party app or game, it is not up to the phone/tablet manufacturer but the app/game developer to address the issue.

Me too, can't playing mobile legends on my device xperia z5 premium android v. 7.0

Already factory reset, but the same
