Editing issues

Hi all, i have purchased the z2 two months ago and now i have got an issue with picture editing on the phone. Each time i use background defocus or any other style and want to edit the pictures it says "downloading resources, some tools unavailable" it doesnt allow me to access picture frames, styles or anything else... Does anyone have any idea how to fix the problem, whats causing it and what i need to do to sort it all out.... Many thanks.

Try this

settings > apps > all > camera > clear data > restart your phone > try again
