Dots appeared on screen under sunlight

When I see under sunlight (especially when on off screen), I'd see many dots appeared on the screen. Is it normal that every Z3 plus users facing? Please advise. Tq!

That's normal, that's the touchscreen.

So far I've been using few brands of mobile...this is my first time come along this thing with Sony phone. I wonder how come other touchscreen phones do not have this kind of dots?

They have them, but you have to look closer or different angles
