Hi @AzaBale,

I'm sorry to hear about that. Slightly_frowning_Face

Have you tried any of the suggestion that @nolramlb posted? And if you have, how did it work out for you?

I totally agree with him on the point where if you think the battery is damaged you should stop using the phone and have it sent to an authorized service centre so it can be examined by a trained technician.

Your Local support team will gladly assist you with this and answer all your questions that you may have regarding warranty, service routines and so forth.

If the battery isn't damage and you are still experiencing that the phone won't be boot up, I'd recommend performing a software repair using Xperia Companion.

Do note that this will delete all data on the internal storage of your phone and since you can't boot the phone and unlock it you won't be able to create a backup.

Let us know how it goes!

if that happens over and over again. it is called a boot loop.

try to remove your sd card and sim and boot your phone,

try searching boot loop on the search bar above for possible solutions

if you are positive that your battery is damaged, please stop using your device and have it check at your local service center Local support
