Constant Crashing after update

Please help. My phone keeps rebooting itself after an update overnight. It powers up and then crashes. The red light flashes 4 times and then it repeats the cycle. I have tried connecting it to a PC for software repair and that is not working. The handset is only a few months old. Any help appreciated.

I'm very sorry to hear that Slightly_frowning_Face

When you tried to perform the software repair, were you able to perform the software repair or did it still not start up after you performed it?

Do you have an SD-card in your phone and if so, could you try to remove it and see if that helps?

I tried the software repair again and it worked ๐Ÿ™‚ reading other forums it seems that the latest android update didn't help so I have avoided installing that software version this time. Hopefully will be OK now, thanks for your advice and help ๐Ÿ˜„

The software repair does a complete reinstall with the latest version of the firmware so it should be up to date now as well. Hard to say what caused it but sounds like something went wrong during the first update process and a software repair helps in that case.
