So out of the blue, i get a error message saying com.android.phone app stopped working. after that i realised my phone has no signal, cant make any calls, no network, only wifi works. the same error message pops every few seconds, rendering the phone unusable. my device constantly restarts(every minute or so), also restarts when i try to change a setting or make a call.
what ive tried to fix it:
1. clear all the caches from app manager
2. update software
3. reboot
4. factory reset
after all those tries (multiple times), the same things continue, no signal, random restarts, same error message.
please dont link me to another forum or something, ive read everything on the topic, and i tried everything people said.
NO, CLEARING CACHES OR HARD RESET DOESNT HELP!
pls suggest something new

try this, unlock the phone > open the SIM cover > pull out the SIM card > the phone will restart, you probably have a faulty SIM card or perhaps the SIM card it's not a MICRO SIM card but a trimmed SIM card.
done that, still the same
You probably need a brand new SIM card, make sure to get a MICRO SIM card.
what does it have to do with the error message and random resets??
try this, unlock the phone > open the SIM cover > pull out the SIM card > the phone will restart, you probably have a faulty SIM card or perhaps the SIM card it's not a MICRO SIM card but a trimmed SIM card.
yes of course it restarts when i do that, but even without the card, it keeps restarting and stuff, even tried another sim card that works(my dad's phone)
Try this, remove both SIM and SD cards > repair the phone with PCC > do NOT insert any cards (SIM and SD cards)
ive done software update before with pcc, but i jsut did that repair thing now. any other steps? its rebooting now
