Backup and restore not working.

I hava a Xperia Z2. Nice phone but I backed up while lollipop 5.0.1. Now it 's 5.1.1 lollipop but recovery is not working. There is an error " ..... I can't save my files...

I believe that making a backup on one firmware version and trying to restore on another version won't work - If you are wanting to backup then most of use 3rd party apps but I personally use Helium as I can transfer my backup to other Android devices

I jave backup my data and some applications from Sony Backup and restore app. I got that backup when i was in 5.0.2 update. Now i have 5.1.1 and why i can't restore that backup? I meed help please
