Cannot connect/sync my outlook (work) calendar with my phone calendar (sony and google).
My Work e-mail is connected through an exchange server and works fine.

Could you please elaborate? Have you added your Exchange account on your phone? Are you trying to sync directly in the phone or via PC Companion e.g? Do you receive any error message or what happens?
I have added my work e-mail as an exchange account under settings and account.
I am trying to sync directly in the phone. I cannot see where to add my work calendar to my phone calendars.
When i have read about it, people say that it should be possible from either my sony calendar or google calendar to add my work e-mail, but i haven't found this option yet. My other e-mails is working fine with the sony and google calendars.

- Go to Settings -> Accounts -> Exchange ActiveSync -> Click on your work email account -> Make sure "Sync Calendar" is checked.
- Go to your App drawer -> Calendar -> Tap on the 3 lines on the upper left corner -> Find your Exchange ActiveSync work email calendar -> Make sure it's checked. You can also uncheck any other unused calendars.
Now your calendar should show the events from this account.
If this procedure didn't work try clearing cache:
- Go to Settings -> Apps -> All -> Calendar -> Force stop, Clear cache and restart your phone.
- Repeat the fist 2 steps.

The only sync option i get in my work email account is "sync e-mail".
What kind of Exchange server are you using, is it Microsoft Exchange? Or are you using a third party server with ActiveSync support?
Now it is working.
The error was in the registration of the work email in exchange active sync.
