I updated my Z5 premium when prompted and since then it will not switch on and does not appear to be charging. I contacted Sony support and they said to arrange for it to be sent back for repair. I filled in the online repair request but after putting my details in it won't let me proceed any further. Has anyone returned a phone to sony for repair or had problems with requesting repair.

I have contacted support but received an email to confirm the repair and I cannot get it to send after filling out the details. Hopefully it will still be picked up by the courier.
I am having my phone picked up tomorrow by DPD for repair. I have no address to send it to. I have been through all of the emails I've received but no address on any of them. Can anyone help.
