Can't add new direct dial shortcut to my home screen

Hi

I'm been using my Xperia Z C6603 for 2 yrs already, recently has upgraded to Android 5.1.1.

How ever after the upgrading, I can't add new direct dial shortcut to my home screen, others direct dial shortcut that done before the upgrading it was working fine.

Seek assistant on this.

*I have no attention to use any 3rd parties app from playstore.

Hi and welcome to the community!

To do this in the latest software version, tap and hold a free space on the home screen and then select Widgets & Apps -> Shortcuts -> Direct dial -> Select contact.

I followed the steps above and choose after contact , and nothing appears .

Sony Support Romania , I have recommended to look for an app in the Play store

In Android 5 functioned after upgrading to Android 6 died.
