Black screen issue

Hi all. Few days a go i drop the phone on the floor. Phone still looks like new, but screen got totally black. I can barely visible the clock. I thought screen is broke, so i did replace it next week. But now im afraid that is not the issue. Screen remained black, so dark cant see anything. What issue can cause that? Please help. Pawel.

I recommend that you get in contact with your Local support team for assistance with having your device sent in to an authorized service center for repair. They can also assist you with questions you may have regarding service procedures in your country/region.

I have the same issue, I got the screen replaced also and they told my it might be the software I reinstall it and still have the same issue please advice

If you are experiencing the same thing as @Mevsson even after performing a software repair using Xperia Companion, I recommend that you get in contact with your Local support team for assistance with having your device sent in to an authorized service center for repair.
