please help me check out this my z3  already use maybe below 2 years drop from 70% to 20% what happen and sometime drain so fast. thank's

I'm sorry to hear this. I recommend that you reboot your device to safe mode and use it like normal for a few hours and see if you are still experiencing the same behavior.

If you are still experiencing the same behavior, try performing a software repair using Xperia Companion.
