Bad connection with charger

I have no idea how it has happened but i believe it was after I accidently slept on it. While it is on it will only show the battery level of 50% unless i apply pressure on the back. I also have to move the wire of the charger around to get the phone to charge and when charging will show correct battery level. If i knock it slightly it will go off charge and requires alot of adjutment to get it back on. While it is dead and i have thye charger connected, it will show the an mostly empty battery with 1 bar of red at the bottom with the charging symbol but will not charge. Again i have to move the wire around to get it to start charging in which case will start to turn on and then show the battery level. I do know that this is similar to other topics but thiey were all singular and i have the problems combined meaning i need a different solution to fix this so can somebody tell me what has happened and how to fix it please.

This seems to be a hardware issue, contact your Local support to get your device inspected

Hi @HaosLeonidas,

Welcome to the community.

I agree with @uliwooly. The fact that you have to physically apply pressure to it indicates it's a physical problem. I don't think any amount of software troubleshooting is going to fix this. Talk to your local support team.
