BAD BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE

I have given my hand set for repairs to Sony Service Center Patil Plaza Canada Corner Nasik on 27th June 2017 with Job No. W117062701739. I am trying to contact both service center and toll-free number, but not getting any response. Now three weeks time is over and still, I don't have any idea about the status of repairs. Sony Service is the worst.

When you say you have contacted the toll-free number, have you contacted Local support directly?

Also, did you book the repair directly with Local support or with the service centre?

I am certainly aware that I should contact the local support i.e. the local service center first. While I tried to contact them, their phone was not responding. i.e nobody picked up my call although I called them for about one hundred times. That is why I tried to contact the toll-free number but that also was surprisingly nonresponsive. 

I was left with no other options but to post my regret to the Sony forum.

I still confirm with my opinion about Sony services that they are the worst.
