bad audio quality for phone calls

All the people who contact me by the phone say that they can't hear me or that my voice seems to be underwater.
I've had experienced this kind of problem with full signal in 3g 2g 4g.

It's possible that i have a problem with microphones?

See if you have microphone noise suppression enabled in call settings.
