Android 6.0 small apps launch bar issue?

Shown in the picture... The launch bar "fell". But when I tried to launch a small app I still have to touch the position above navigation bar...

I think you guys are covering the issue I'm having. I'll attach a pic if it's not hard to do. FYI I do have smart launcher, but the issue exists whether or not I use it. I'm on the z4 tablet, freshly upgraded to 6.0.

Do you see how the keyboad menu (start menu) overlaps the small apps? The three on-screen buttons (back, home, recent) are also on top of the small apps. Imagine the inconvenience! XD

Edit: Oh, you know what? Since I'm amazingly observant, I've now noticed that the start menu actually contains all of your small apps. You can cycle through and access each one. The keyboard also physically has those on-screen buttons. That said, I'm still annoyed about the overlap problem, but now it's just not as inconvenient as it was. I mean, what if I'm not using the keyboard, right?

i think it is only one of many other issues, if you tap to the top of the icons it will start the small app ore open the menu

Yes, but it is a temporary solution. After some time the problem is there again.

There is a bug in small apps... In portrait mode... I think the small apps gets hidden behind the navigantion buttons and you cannot access any small apps.... Is anyone else experiencing the same problem?
