Android 6.0 small apps launch bar issue?

Shown in the picture... The launch bar "fell". But when I tried to launch a small app I still have to touch the position above navigation bar...

Hi I hope someone can help,

I just got me Z5 and for some reason the small apps dont work I press the square button bottom right and they come up but the three buttons that are notmally there are over the top of the small apps and i cant use the small apps what setting do I need to change please??

On my z5, recently updated to marshmallow, small apps do not react at all anymore.
