Shown in the picture... The launch bar "fell". But when I tried to launch a small app I still have to touch the position above navigation bar...

OK thank's so much! I've seen the other issues, we have just to wait after such upgrade now
I'm posting again to try to clarify the temporary solution, since I originally thought it didn't apply to me.
The option you want to disable is not necessarily called "accessibility service".
For me, it was simply "smart launcher". I turned it off and this fixed the issue for me.
For anyone else, it would be located on the same screen, in the same place where "accessibility service" would be, but it could be called anything based on the apps you have installed.
Title say it. Anyone encountered this bug also? I just pressd the "square" button then the small app drawer is conflicted with the menu buttons.
After being Galaxy S2,S4 and then S6 I decided to try the Sony Xperia Z5 Prem. So please forgive me if I'm being dumb on this issue.
I have 2 questions -
1)
When pressing the home button, I get the current open/running apps and also the small apps banner at the foot of the screen. When I press the up arrow, furthest left, to open the smart apps window, nothing happens.
What should happen I press this button?
2)
When I press the home button and I get the smart apps banner at the foot of the page, I do see some icons there by default. A calculator and a browser icon and a few others. However since these sit behind the function keys of "back arrow, up arrow & home button". However when I press, say the calculator icon it activates one of the function keys instead. Am I missing something here? How do you access/activate any of the apps on the small apps banner without activating the function keys?
