Android 6.0 small apps launch bar issue?

Shown in the picture... The launch bar "fell". But when I tried to launch a small app I still have to touch the position above navigation bar...

Thanks for the information. Yes that's what happens on my device. I use original launcher, theme, etc.. No 3rd party stuff. : (

I'm having the same issue with my Z5P. Not going to do a clean wipe until it is confirmed that it needs it.
