Having an issue with my loudsoeaker after oreo update. The bottom speaker of my XZs suddenly gives out very low volume of sound. During a call i noticed that it isn't as loud as it used to be. Feels like there is something in front of the speaker. Sound comes out just a little louder than on my earspeaker. I checled, there isbnothing blocking the speaker and its cover. Might this be a software problem? I have tried using it in safe mode with no results, and it is really annoying.
Turns out it was something blocking my speaker. Walked home from work, was raining as **bleep** and ofcourse my phone had some of the weather. But yeah, it isnt anything to do with Sony or Abdroid. At least in my case. Just saying for future reference, no residue was seen.
