The battery life on XZs is not really good as you can see that the wakelocks is aggresively active when screen is off. Hardly the Screen on Time will go over 4 hours..
Another problem is the camera distortion as you can see in the example, red line is a straight line, one taken by XZs and another one taken by Xiaomi Mi 3.
Please help.. This is irritating me... Thanks.
I have the same issue and im really not happy with this. Can this be fixed with a software update?
as you can see, something keeps your phone on most of the time, most likely a third party app, whatstapp, facebook, snapchat etc are battery hogs
make sure that the camera lens it's not dirty nor scratched
Camera lens has no dirt or anything. Hope this gets fixed by a software update.
Same issue with my XZs
I have the same issue my friend has a Samsung that cost 150€ we were doing the same and mine was discharging way faster than his. To top it off the charging is terribly slow for some reason i thought it was quick charge 3 is it not?

The "Android OS" and "Android System" percentage number shouldn't be so high right? I would expect these 2 stay below 5%. Anyway I have found the root cause which is chrome, just go to Settings > Site Settings > disable "Background sync" option. But still, I can't get higher screen on time to above 4 hours. Behavior of apps is reasonable and didn't awake that much. Kinda sad though.
The camera is clean, high possibility that it's caused by hardware.
Is there any Sony Mobile representative that able to help us with these? Or maybe I should send an email to Sony Mobile?
Contacted support for this and sent them a screenshot. They said that it may be a firmware issue. They advised me to do a software repair. Cant do it at the moment since im busy. They added though, that if the software repair cant fix it, it has to be serviced at a xperia service center.
