Xz1 stuck in 4g

Just bought a new xz1. Everything works great except youtube streaming and opening pages in chrome.

It gets stuck in 4g and i am sick of the spinning donut.

I think it gets stuck in 4g and it does not auto switch between 3g 4g lte.

Some suggestions pls.

@Calin2 go under settings - network and internet - mobile network and check the preferred network type. Is it LTE/3G/2G? Then it should switch, I am not aware of another option having LTE on all the time.

I have tried all options in network type settings and nothing changed.

I swiched the sim card with one from another carrier and it works good...no more "spinning donut" when loading web pages.

I'll try replacing the sim card and hope it will work.

@Calin2 it could be a defective SIM as well or maybe internet settings were not correct with the previous SIM.

I've replaced the sim card with a new one and since then i had no problem with mobile data.

The phone works great.
