XZ System UI Stopped - Repaired via Sony Companion Twice

My XZ has developed the System UI stopped problem.  I've followed previous advice on here as it wouldn't even boot in safe mode.  So I used the repair software via Sony Companion, twice, and it has completely reset the phone, but the problem still persists.  Before I throw the thing in the bin is there anything else I can try to get it working again?

An update to this, my partner has been working on my phone, trying to fix the problem and decided, on a whim, to take out the SD card.  The problem instantly resolved itself.  Not sure therefore if it is a problem with the SD card software, as the card works fine in his phone and the business phone.

That's quite a conundrum XZ3 or XZ2 Premium, Notepad++ If you take a lot of photos and record a lot of videos then XZ2 Premium seems like a better option, Malwarebytes if you are more on instagram, youtube, FileZilla streaming services the XZ3 might be the best fit.
