Hi my xz premium is being very faulty, the volume up bottom not working,
The bottom speaker not working and the system ui say its not responding. Already sent phone to Sony and they repaired it but got it back and its still doing same thing. Help please

I am so sorry to know about that 😕
Since you already sent the device to an authorized Sony Center, and they repaired, there´s not much to do regarding a software solition, like Software Repair 😕
If you are experience the same problem, i recomend you to contact yout local support team and exaplained the situation with deitailed information that you have on the previous repair.
You can also sent an image of the Speacker diagnose. You can run this Diagnose under the Support app!
Please, let me know what they say and if you get a new working phone!
