xz issue after oreo update

i have been facing a battery issue in oreo update 

battery drains fast u can only use it heavily for 4 hours only

phone lags a lot while playing PUBG or any highend games (game was playyed at low settings) 

does this issues was faced by some one and what is its solution i have tried to repair my update problem through sony companion but still same issue was faced if some one has its solution plzz help me

keeping the screen on will drain the battery faster, more so if you are playing games, so that's normal, as for the lag
