Xperia XZ1 Speaker

My xperia xz1 speaker has a rattling noise, I did a service test,the left speaker (top one) the sound is distorted, crackling noise comes from it. Bottom speaker is working fine.when I play any music with 50%and above volume I could hear the crackling noise,and I could feel the vibration on the screen.Does anyone else has the same problem? Is it a hardware issue?

You might want to get your phone inspected by your Local support, just wondering have you tested the speakers through this:

Settings > About phone > Diagnostics > Test

I. Have exactly the same problem with left speaker. . Sound with bass is bad ... The right one.is.working.
