Xperia Voice mail

I have voice mail messages to answer but am unable to connect to the service. Please help

Do you get an error when you long press 1 on the phone app?

No it connects, rings once then disconnects. It does this weather I dial, hold the 1 button or tap the screen. No error message or explanation

Hi @Tezz35;

Did you inserted your voice mail network number in Phone app>top right 3 dots menu>settings >accounts>Select your account if dual SIM >voice mail >voice mail settings >voice mail number.
