My phone does not seem to be able to deal with the Netgear Orbi mesh wireless router and satellite. The phone constantly disconnects and reconnects as you move around, and if you are roughly inbetween 2 units, it keeps on droppings connection. So far as I'm aware the whole point of mesh wifi system is that, unlike using an extension, devices are supposed to be able to move seamlessly.
For example, if I launch Netgear's Wifi analytics, and change rooms, the programme will say "network settings have changed please log in again". Static devices such as TVs and XBox seem to be fine.
I have been in touch with Netgear and they say it is likely to be failing in the phone software. Can anyone confirm this, is it just somethin I have to live with, or are there settings that can be changed (in either phone or router)? Many thanks,
