Hi , I will explain my situation as best I can do in hope to get some answer ,
I've left my phone with 9% charge last time it went power on ... I've left the room for a moment ,when I came back it was turned off and never turned on since this happen...
So my main issue Should I use the warranty from seller or directly Sony? also what they can do about my issue? is my issue covered by warranty? will they repair? give a news one? something else (like making me pays some crazy money for repairs?)
@xChaos have you tried leaving it charging for a longer while? it might take some time for it to boot up if the battery got drained.
I've left the phone plugged on many time for more than 6 hour , I guess it won't work
Hi @xChaos, sorry to hear about this.

I've try many time these steps
-> volume & power no effect
->120 second holding 3 button no effect
->Xperia companion ain't detecting phone can't perform repair
Hi again @xChaos,
When you perform a software repair on a device that is not powering on, you should not have it connected when you first press "Software repair" and you can check the little box down in the bottom left corner to proceed.
You will have to connect the device later on in the repair process though so the new software can be installed.
If you are not able to perform the software repair, or if you still experience the same behaviour after the repair has been completed, get in touch with your Local support team and they will arrange a repair for you.
Keep us posted!
