Wallpaper changing itself issue

I had my Sony Xperia xz premium for 3 weeks now. And seems like after last update the lock screen wallpaper changing itself to default.

It happens once a day, usually during night, but now it happens during the day too. Background wallpaper not affected, only lock seen.

No. It used to happen during the night. In the morning turn you just wake up to default wallpaper. Today it's just happened in the middle of the day. Check times once old wallpaper, 5 minutes later check again old default.

And it's not really a default, it one of sonys.

Hi @_SkyNet_;

If by the default wallpaper you mean the Xperia Loops try going to Settings >Aplications and Notifications >App Information >Show System >Xperia Loops >Storage >Clear Cache and after go back and click also on Force Stop.

No, it's actually wallpaper from black theme. The red/orange waves. But the actual theme in the phone is not changing

Ok @_SkyNet_;

Try the same method for that theme, enter in its app and press Force Stop.

Well @_SkyNet_;

If you can identify the app from where that wallpaper comes from why don't uninstall it by now.

Because its one of default wallpaper from Sony. This one_20180422_000040.JPG

@_SkyNet_;

You can't uninstall it but you can Deactivate it, if Force Stop does not work. Go to apps, show system and enter the Black app.

By the way have you tried leaving the phone in safe mode during the night to see if the same thing happens, it might be an app that it's causing it.
