Video recording sound problem

After I record video any video with my XZ1, the recorded sound appear to be on the left side output only. I have tried to adjust the sound track on computer (tried to pan/balance the sound output) but failed. It seems that the sound is recorded into the left side microphone(?).

Does anyone know any solutiom to this problem? It's really frustrating...

Hi @Navim;

You can test if both microphones are recording ok with the Audio Recorder app (from Sony). Record any sound in stereo and you can see at the same time the sound level of each microphone on the screen.
