USB-C HDMI connect

I would like to connect my XZ2 to Philips 272P7VPTKEB using USB-C - HDMI connector.

As i know XZ2 doen't support HDMI, but same class phones support it (for example Samsung). 

So is it possible to enable USB-C - HDMI connection? And how?

Lots of complaints about this missing feature even going back to XZ1. Sony's response is that it was a design choice not to enable this feature. From what I've read on other posts it has been reported to Sony that users would like the feature enabled.
