Depuis quelques temps j'ai un problème avec mon Sony Xperia XZ, je m'explique: je ne peux plus ni recevoir ni émettre d'appels et cela me dérange extrêmement beaucoup car je ne peux plus contacter personne: je me retrouve donc très embêté.
S'il vous plaît pouvez-vous me donnez quelques indications qui me permettraient de réparer ce problème, c'est très urgent.
