Pressure test to determine that the terminal can be submerged in water

Pressure test to determine that the terminal can be submerged in water
Hello

I have the Xperia xz Premium for 1 year and a month. I'm happy with it. The only problem is that after buying it in English court I noticed that there were some white spots on the screen at the bottom. I sent it to the technical service and they replaced the screen. This summer I wanted to make some video or picture to my children in the Pool, but as I am a little afraid of submerging the phone I did a test to confirm that it was still tight. To my surprise it is not, the terminal is in perfect condition, has never fallen and has no impact or scratch. I have come to the conclusion that when I replaced the Displey in Sony they did not have to seal the covers and there must be a leak. Good thing I do not get to get wet. My question is the following, does the technical service have an obligation while still under warranty to make the corresponding seal ?. It would annoy me to send it to him and to be 10 days without the device and that on top of it he does not cover it to me. What is your opinion?

I ask for answers

Thank you

Juan

Ruego respuestas

Gracias

The phone it's water resistant not waterproof

https://www.sonymobile.com/us/products/phones/xperia-xz-premium/#gref

Let it rain Built to withstand splashes, spills and unexpected showers

Rain is one less thing to think about when you’re out and about with the Xperia XZ Premium. Water resistant4, dust-proof and reinforced with durable Corning® Gorilla® Glass 5, it’s pretty much life-resistant.

Xperia XZ Premium is water resistant and protected against dust, so don’t worry if you get caught in the rain or want to wash off dirt under the faucet, but remember all ports and attached covers should be firmly closed. You should not put the device completely underwater; or expose it to seawater, salt water, chlorinated water, or liquids such as drinks. Abuse and improper use of device will invalidate warranty. The device has been tested under Ingress Protection rating IP65/68. For more info, see http://support.sonymobile.com/us/dm/waterresistant/. Note the Xperia® XZ Premium has a capless USB port to connect and charge. The USB port must be completely dry before charging.

In other words, do NOT submerge the phone at all
