Always asking for a PIN after reboot the issue it If I don't open it the phone some apps not works completely,, like lockscreen theme, sond not Notfication sound, when I open the phone will all works completely, why this issue?

That's how it's supposed to work, if not all, most smartphones require that you enter your pin after rebooting, that's to protect your data.
