Message /call display on screen

I have had my phone for about 2/3 weeks and only this morning everytime someone calls or text it appears fully on my screen and I only want to know if I have a missed call or message  Help

I don't want this on but don't know how to remove it

@Bob809 this is some 3rd party with advertising theme. What apps have you installed lately? Go to play store and check your latest installs and start removing.
