Lost information when recover my xperia

I used the Xperia Companion and made a complete backup. Then I run the "reparation of soft ware". Finaly I loaded the recovery back.

When I open the telephone all my SMS messages is lost, all my personal Apps are lost (many of them I have paid for) and all e-mail is lost.

Is there any chance to recover these items back again? I suppose they have been in the back up?

hello have you tried to use the built in Backup and restore? settings>system> Xperia backup and restore

I used the Xperia Companion and made a back up before I restored the program, when I then reloaded the back up a lot of information is missing----we have tried to empty the data memory in the phone and reloaded again but items missing. After 5-6 attemps to reload the back up some parts coming back but some is still missing. Talked to the Sony Support but after 2 hours they had no solution.

You don't need to make backup of your apps, when you enter Google Play with your account all your apps are in "My games and applications" you just need to download them again. Regarding your emails you just need to set up your accounts (it's also only that that is backed up) and if you have IMAP accounts all your emails will be synced.
